broken skylon tower

I have a 06' b-52 team edition. i was wondering if any one else towers have broken. mine has cracked twice on the top support and once on the all 4 base bracket welds. they fixed it very fast the first two times. but now they are trying to figure something else out to solve the problem.

I have an 07 B52 w a swoop classic no problems so far but my buddy has an 05 w/ a pro tower and all four base mounts cracked and were replaced. I have never seen the top mounts break. I think they need to re design the whole tower. I hear it's a pain in the a to fold any way.
