We're looking at a '94 Maristar 225 and an '01 Maristar 210. How would the wake for these two compare? Is the 210 the same hull that is used on the X-10? Both boats are in great shape, so wake and price will be the big determining factors. Any help is greatly appreciated.

in my opinion all MC's regardless of hull need atleast 1k of weight in them otherwise the wake is large but soft, so take that into consideration

I have ridden behind a x-10 and the wake is nice when loaded down. Last week I rode behind it and he had the stock ballast 800lbs I believe plus another 300 in the middle and it was nice but not big I would think it could use another 1200lbs to be big. I am use to riding in boats with at least 2000 lbs-3000 lbs worth of ballast then add people. Overall it is a very nice boat and wake.

not bad when loaded down i had a 99 210 and after about 24-25 without weight it really flattens out like a ski wake
