ehre do you put your anchor and do you put something special to not damage the boat and does it let some grass and mud in the boat ??

I use a heavy fork anchor. It gets pulled up on the teak platform and placed in an old duffel bag before it gets close to any upholstered or gelcoat surface. The duffel holds the anchor, bouy, anchor buddy, and dog screw. This covers almost all mooring situations.

I use a bag also....picked one up at Army/Navy surplus.

box anchor comes with a bag and I store it in the bow.
