Just gets better every day!

Admittedly I've been distracted since the boat came home dealing with bigger issues, but I was looking at some old pics of the boat (from when it was in California). The a$$es from Inland took out the stereo and components - AFTER they sold me the boat.

Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the deck, so I'm screwed there, but anyone know what kind of speakers these are? I won't even bother showing you guys what's in there now.

Thanks (one more time!)
Sj

The deck is an Alpine, the speakers could be Alpine to but would be older, my next guess on the speakers is Pioneer.

Head unit looks like Alpine not sure on the speakers.

sj kind of off subject here but have you considered seeking some remuneration from inland? they removed the stereo after purchase? who does that? seems like this has been one issue after another with this boat and i think if they knew how badly they are getting lambasted on WW with the other threads, they might consider making it right by you? just a thought, good luck girl..

I would almost say that those speakers are the Alpine SPS-1729S or a simular model.

I agree that they are probably Alpine, look at the small silver oval on the bottom aspect of the speaker. Look like some of these http://www.carsounds.ie/hifi/alpine/speakers.jpg

The speakers are definitely the Alpine SPS-1729s.

The head unit looks like an Alpine CDA-7892 or in that family.

You guys rock!

Inland is still screening my calls so I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone, but I've switched to email and am exploring my options. I'm not so optimistic since they wouldn't even pay $60 for a hotel after they were 12 hours late on delivery.

This weekend... "the leaks" - turns out the centre ballast bag had about 8 holes in it (RIP at about 4:30 today), and the intake is leaking or something (I had to put a cap on it to stop the flow)... and the pumps aren't working... so I may have blown the fuse on the bilge - I hope. lol.

My brother was up there thankfully - really trying not to get "man hands" :-)

Good news is that I got out for my first ride today - a nice wake... this is going to be a great summer.

Thanks for all the help guys!!
