I have 2000 MB that takes 550lbs, small by today's standard but at the same time it takes a while to fill. I haven't looked and have no idea what type of pumps they are but I know they are right in the rear trunk of the boat. Am I able to upgrade the pumps so that they will fill up the tanks faster?

Most companys use a aerator style pump(rule,attwood,tsunami,ect...) you may be able to change them to somthing faster 750 - 1100 so yeah itt can be done.
