I want to upgrade the prop an a 1992 Malibu Skier. I don't have a clue what to get. It has the stock 3 blade prop now. Would like something with more torque on the low end. Help!!!!

Karl De Loof seems to know a lot on this subject and sells them. Sure he will see this and give you some help.

Call Acme or OJ and ask them for their advice since they are the experts. A four blade will probably be your best option but they can give you the specific model #s.

Here are some for a good price. Ask around and see if they are the right size and everything for your boat.

This is what most people with early direct drives use. Your boat most likely came with a 13x13. This 13x11.5 will help getting out of the hole when weighted.

Hey Tripp I am the one that has the OJ props for sale I currently only have 3 left so if you would like one let me know ASAP trying to sale them on a first come basis. The asking price is 265 plus shipping check any site out like skidim and you will see these props retail for over 400. I have a 92 comp and put one of these props on my boat and I love it. If you are interested let me know. sent you a email as well with all of my contact info.

Thanks Jason

Typical is a 13X13 on your boat.

With ballast, the 13X11.5 is the way to go.

If you let me know what you have on there now I'll let you know what your options are and how your boat will react.
