Have a couple of youngsters wanting to get after wakeboarding. They are both 9. I think a 121 to 128 board would be perfect. They are both beginners. I do not want to spend a fortune on a set up as they will grow out of them fairly fast. Any places offering package deals that are reasonable?

Thanks

I suggest your local board shop. That way you can see the board in person, see how big it is and also get help from the pro shop guy. Thats alot better than ordering blind online.

Jon, Thanks for the suggestion. Actually that part I have already done and I looked at Motive 128 and Hyperlite 121 but sadly out here in California shops sell boards for to much $$$. So far everything I have bought for boating whether it be boards or accessories, I bought online. Businesses in Cal have a tough time competing. I always try and support local businesses but when the difference starts to exceed $25 plus tax I just cannot do it. I have founds savings on some stuff well over $100.

I recently got my almost-8 year old a Liquid Force Nemesis 124. Perfect size for him, he can flip it over in the water when he falls forward. And definitely a board he can progress with. Retails for only about $200 new. I got mine at Performance Ski and Surf in Orlando.
