We installed a pair of Wet Sounds REV410 tower speakers to our demo rack today and they blew me away. The amount of detail and mid bass is unreal. The sound difference between the REV10 and the REV410 was much more noticeable that I had expected and the REV410 greatly exceeded my expectations. Even the AAMCO manager across the street said "those new ones on the right have got some bass to them!" after listening to them from his front door. "Hearing is Believing" is the truth when it comes to these speakers.

We will have these for a limited time to demo for anyone who wants to hear them. We designed a display last year that will allow you to listen to them in an open air environment at any distance up to about 600 feet.

I'll get some pictures up tomorrow.

-Jarrod. It looks like Ryan did a killer job again. I'll take a listen to the MXZ at Spring ride in a couple weeks.

For those of you who aren't lucky enough to take a set behind the CIE boat you can come listen to the REV series here .

A few pics of the set up.

A SYN4 to the pair but (2) SYN2s would be ideal in my opinion.

That's awesome that the blacktop says "KEEP CLEAR" you should have under it hearing damage possible.

Can anyone comment on how the Rev410 compare to the 485s?

Awesome demo set up!

doug, you will want to give some time on the drivers. So go out and play them at mid volume for a bit and you will be good.

mike, the REV 410 shares the same linear response as the 485 however with our new REV Technolgy, the REV 410 has a warmer and fuller sound for near field and is even more linear. Stepping to the 10 inch drivers, you gain tremendous mid bass and output capability over the 8 inch drivers.

Ben -
Were you comparing two REV10s to two REV410s? Would four REV10s come closer to equaling the two REV410s?

I am about to order four REV10s due to existing amps matching up better, but if the REV410s are that much better I'l have to reconsider.

Thanks for your help

Thanks everyone.

We did set up an A-B switch between the REV10s and the REV410s. Only one amp was used during the test and was not ideal since it was 350 watts to each REV10 vs. 350 watts to each REV410. An more fair comparison would have had 700 watts to each REV410. A SYN4 will run a pair of REV410s but 2 SYN2s will run them better. Four REV10s will have more overall volume but two REV410s will have much more midbass and a fuller sound... IMO. I'm not sure how much longer Tim will let us have these for demo but come down and take a listen if you are in the Sacramento / NorCal area.

Here is a quick video I took a couple days ago. *Change the quality to 1080 or 720
