Wondering how many people have had things stolen from their boats when docked or on a buoy? We had a weird incident this summer at Lake Tahoe. We leave our boat on a buoy for a few weeks and ride daily. One morning we shuttle out to the buoy and our nearly new Launch Pad bow sac is gone. Boat full of boards, skis, vests, lines, etc.. and they took one fully loaded 400 pound fat sac. It creeped us all out for a few days. By the way, if anybody out there in WakeWorldland happened to borrow it in a moment of poor judgment, we'd love to have it back, no questions asked.

when I used to live on the lake I caught 2 people in 4 years trying to steal gear out of my boat and a neighbors boat on lake sammamish. I also heard they had quite a problem with theft in the condos at the north end of the lake 2 years ago. This year we had gas stolen while we were at crescent bar on the columbia.

yeah. left all my wakeboard gear but they took everything else including my change jug and cordless phone. Now that is ghetto. I also caught some punk kids breaking into the neighbors house with the surveilance system I bought after my house was robbed. I think the problem is the trail that runs around the lake. Easy access for anyone.
