I did what they said, go to school, get a good job, buy things. Now I got the job, bought things and what happens... I get called off the lake into work for an emergency on the first nice day of the summer and I'm sitting here doing nothing. This sucks.

Totally sucks. We're taking a break from riding, and we're goin' back out in a few minutes.

Sucks to be you.

Been there, done that....
That's why I don't even attempt to go wakeboarding when I'm on-call

Thats gonna be my new rule, glad it's only 1 weekend every 5 weeks. I miss school now though I sure had a lot more riding time then. Kids be cool stay in school.

How did you rate?? I'm on every 3rd weekend for now and then it reverts back to every other in July!
But when Sept. rolls around I'l have 1st call on weekends 7/52 and 2nd call 8/52.
I guess living in FL now instead of CA makes it a little less painful for the call

I'm not in the medical field I'm in engineering, myself and 4 others work on a project so we're on call 1 outta every five weeks. We only get called in when somebody can't figure out what there are susposed to be doing, or when drawings dont match the project. Of course they didn't match the first day it's over 85 degrees in Minnesota.
