I have a wakesetter xti (2004)

My right back ballast tank doesnt always fill - What should I do to check to see if there is something wrong with it....

Also, lately i've noticed my bilge pump is constantly running even when turned off (dash light illumniates saying it is on -- no water is coming out though!) Thoughts or things to look into?

Make sure one of your fittings on the tank is not broken. I had several break and finally changed them all out for harder (nylon) ones.
