JL Subs Amazing!

So I finally replaced my 2 12" polk subwoofers with a pair of JL 12W6v2s and the difference in sound and volume is AMAZING! I am only running them off a JL 500/1 amp, but they are much more efficient and have a much better sound. I should have done this years ago! To anyone contemplating subwoofers...

JLs are incredible I have been running them in my car for 10 years. They are or at least use to be a Florida company and their customer service is incredible.

after some trial and error and working with a few different subs..I'm going back to JL....2 10 w6's (ported) and a sealed 12 w6.

where is everybody buying their JL equipment? thru authroized retailers paying a tad less than retail or buyign online thru unauthorized retailers? A 12 w6 thru an authorized retailer is still gonna cost around $400 or so.

Ebay is the cheapest place I have found for stereo equipment saving several hundred dollars on an entire system is pretty easy. You can find them there for around $225-$250 or step another $100 and grab a w7 but then you need more amp too.

Falcon audio or stereo hut in houston both have JL and they warranty their work pretty well too for how inexpensive it all is
