I like the SL Viper with a carbon handle. Spectra is great!

SL Blue Blazer is another Spectra line, so it will be A-OK. Almost any Spectra like will be a good line.

NEW 2005 75' SPECTRA CORE WAKEBOARD SKI ROPE MAINLINE on Ebay. Looks like a "Bullet" rope. Are these any good or has anyone heard of these?

Clint,

I have a bullet rope and handle as well and it seems great.

Don't get a bullet rope or handle off of Ebay...I bought one last year and it really was a waste of money. The line stretches a whole lot as you cut and the handle doesn't float after the first time you use it because it gets water logged and sinks from then on out...the handle doesn't have floats either.

Save your money and get a SL or Accurate handle/line combo.

Thanks for everyones comments. SL or Accurate seems like the safest and best way to go.

Andrew,
The Bullet NON stretch line does not stretch. They sell another rope they advertise as a wakeboard rope that stretches. Spectra is the key to non stretch.

Andrew,

Sounds like you purchased our Poly E handle.

Our core mainline (Power Cord)has a higher tensile strength than the Accurate Jacket. The Accurate Jacket has a neoprene core, where our Power Cord has a solid spectra core. I've also been told that because of the Accurate Jacket not being a solid core, the rope does actually have some stretch to it.

If anyone has questions, feel free to email me.

ken, i bought a spectra package off ebay new and it came with the red (pink) handle. the handle has some kind of grey plastic rope though it. i have only used it once with no issues but im not really happy with whatever kindof rope is in the handle.

For $100 a Fly High Double Black Diamond with Sprectra Fusion line. www.boarditup.com

Brand name and proven gear. If you get it and don't like it I'll take it back.

Mr Ward,

I'm not sure what gray rope is on our red handle, but all our handles are made with 100% spectra fusion. Please give me a call to explain what your problem is with the bridle.
