I'm fixing on getting myself a pair of pro 80's, I've already got an amp Alpine MRP-F550 will this be powerful enough?

if so how should i run it?

That should work, run it bridged that should give you 250 @ 4ohms.

250 x 2 into Pro 80's should do pretty well
