I need to pick up a new board for my 16 y/o daughter. She's at beginner level and has been riding a couple seasons. One wake jumps, little ollies, surface 180's, etc.
I ran across an 08 Absolute 135 for a great price. Is this an ok board for a beginner? I'm thinking a continuous rocker would probably be the best thing for her - but the price on this absolute is looking too good to pass up.
So anyway - is it a loose board? Fast/slow? Any input/opinions welcome-
Thanks for any feedback.

The Absolute is a good board, but not the best for beginners. I think the thing has far too thin rails to make it any kind of forgiving. If you get off kilter just a little those rails will grab and eject you quick. The board is loose, but can be made grippier with fins, it edges incredible and is pretty quick for an aggressive 3-stage board. It can be done for a beginner but I think there are boards out there.
