I'm presuming that skill levels are all about the same? Newbie to intermediate? The 200 pounder, if a newbie, would struggle with the 4'6". The smaller 80 pounder should be able to flip the 5'0" up...but may need a slower start from the boat than normal. That said, the 5'0" everyone in the weight range can ride, the 4'6" might prove difficult for the bigger folks.

When first learning to ride, bigger is usually easier to learn on...the only caveat is that smaller, younger riders may need some extra help getting the board flipped up to start.

we all have been wakeboarding for at least 3 years. my dad is 180 pounds but i said 200 because he might have gained weight. if he was 180 would he be able to get on the 4'6?

Yeah, the 180 is doable on the 4'6" but it's a close one as a newbie, certainly as an intermediate he'd be ok. Wakeboarding, in and of itself, doesn't translate into wakesurfing skills right away. Just make sure the dad remains patient.
