I was bored at work and decided to check out ebay to see who was getting rid of their 03 stuff and what people were bidding.... Then I came across what was described as "brand new 03 parks bindings" after getting a sneak peak, are these in fact the 04 Parks?? And if so, how did they end up on ebay so fast. There is also a Belmont with the 03 base and 04 temet top? How did all this happen Here are the links
