Anyone know if Berryassa has new camp sites up and running this season?

The answer is no. Only 2 resorts open this year and only one of them Pleasure Cove has campsites. Below is an article about the whole situation.

I think Steele Park may keep there RV camping open since they got the extension. Not 100% though.

After reading that article I feel bad for the people that depend on the summer months to feed thier families. I knew this whole thing stank from the beginning. Does this new company have the same 50 year lease? Because by the time they build Hotels and infarstructure the lease will be up? They just don't want to pay for the inprovments the previous leasors made. It sad all the way around......

According to their Website Steele Park will be permanently May 26th. But I think they are still negotiating with the BOR. They would need a decision this week to stay open any longer.
