Tyler, who rides for Gator Boards, was wakeboarding and had a bad crash, he hit a submerged obstacle "stump" he needed immediate brain surgery and only had a 10% chance of living through the procedure. Now he's up and around! And just think, we were still giving labotomy's 100 years ago.....

Man you should see what he did to the log!! Tyler was blessed in all the circumstances that surrounded this injury. It could have gone in a total different direction. Now the tough time will be keeping him off the water, he is not to ride for six months! Good kid, please keep him in your prayers.

Tyler came to the last CLWC comp, just to hang out. He is an awesome rider, and a great person, as well. He's doing great, I'm guessing he'll be back on the water next year.

I told him he should find Seth Enslo, they could be twins now.

yea kyle rides a gb and Mark Weikel a gb rider had a skull fracture and a brain hemorage like kyle but mark got but on blood thinners before it got to bad for surgery. but mark is up and killing it now, just watch man overboard. and i know kyle will be killing it again. i talked to kyle in the hospital and at worlds and he will be back.

Not sure if Tyler will be there or not. His dad ownes a houseboat @ Katherine's Landing. He's O.K. I heard he may have even picked up a little in some areas, might need to have the I/Q retested
