This year my board has been getting worse and worse. The bottom fiberglass layer is coming off. There is a 1 foot piece hanging off of it right now. It is a Parks DNA and i really like how it rides or rode. Now my wife has approved of getting a new board and I'm not sure what one to get since hyperlite can't make the parks anymore. I was thinking the Ronix One. I rode the one once and thought it was really similar. Just seeing what you guys thought would be a good switch.

I rode the Parks for 3 years before i busted mine. I really liked it, it rode fast and had one helluva buck. I demoed it, it was pretty nice, but due to my warranty, I ended up choosing a Hyperlite Premier. I really like that board. It still cuts in pretty fast, it IS more locked down than the Parks, but i've been told I'm getting 2-3 more feet of air under that thing. I'd really recommend the Premier.

i've heard a lot of good things about the natural and the shane. But here in NW iowa i don't have a place to demo boards which really sucks.

The shane is by far the best board Ive ever rode and Ive rode pretty much everything from the one to the watson. They 07 shane is so fast, smooth, and the pop is freaking explosive, but on the way down its so smooth that you thought you only got a foot of air.

Trey, maybe your just only getting a foot of air? J/K. What do you like better about the shane vs the watson?

jay knows what he's talking about the shane and the natural are my favorite boards. I broke my natural after a few months because I hit sliders a lot, but I liked it so much I got another one. My 2nd 07 natty is in the mail.

Trey, Brad has a good point. You probably are only getting a foot of air. Maybe your friends are just telling you that you're going big to make you feel better. lol-jk jk

I think i might have to wait for the ibex to come out. That looks like a pretty good one. Anyone know the first place to get one

Id agree with Bart Urban due to the things you said about liking the Parks board... after all, depending on where you live... the summer is half over... but then again its still got half a summer left plus the cool down of autumn... Make sure you DEMO if you can though.

Also, if you have not heard of Slingshot... look 'em up and give 'em a try. Some of the most newest and potentialy-future-changing inovativation is going on there.

Brett: Perfski.com will be the first people to recieve a shipment. They're taking pre-orders on their site. And I to agree with Bart and Jeremy, it seems logical to try the Ibex

hmm, i'm no expert whatsoever, i ride one of those packaged boards (LF omega) with closed toe watsons

i got to try out my friends 2004 premier, and i could immediately boost me off the water, i had only ever ridden my board but the 3 stage compared to my continuous was really weird my first time but i cleared their wake no problem and they said i got pretty high

unfortunately (i tired it out yesterday at noon, saturday) and the wind picked up and so did traffic so i didn't get to make many more jumps but it definately feels like a boost off the wake
