I just got an 05 premier, and I used to have 04 parks but i forgot how to screw in the fins. Do the little black spacer pieces go on the side om the fin, or on the top of the board?

Colin,

Think about how you want the water to flow...smooth. Spacers on the bottom will effect the flow.

my advice would be to just ditch the fins all together

I rode this board this weekend and to be honest i didnt like it. When i would edge out really hard it would just slip out from under me. Im used to a parks board so that might be why. Should i just ad a fin?

you don't necessarily need a fin. maybe you're riding too neutral when you're edging. next time you're out, try edging while putting a lot more pressure on your back leg, so as to sit that tail deeper in the water. also, maybe edge your heels and toes a bit harder. it might just be that you have the board fairly flat rather than hard on edge. if that doesn't work, slap those fins back on there. i'm sure you'll get used to the board and you will enjoy it very much.
