Will 07 MC JL tower speakers fit an 04 tower?

Im trying to sell 4 tower speakers off of my 07 x-star and a guy whos interested has an 04 and Im wondering if the 04 requires different mounts? can anyone help me out with this?

twitch, he will need some some of clamp to replaced the puck style mounts yours have. I am not even sure if it is possible.

werent the cans the same though? whats whats the diff?

From 04 to 07 no. If he can get the mounts from an 05 or 06 he may be able to use them. Those mounts might work on any tower. Give Darren a call and see if he has the 05-06 mounts.
