Are brakes required on both axles for trailers over 3000lbs. I could not find any info relating to tandem Axle trailers on the va dot website. Thanks

Yes, it is written that way, but have never seen an issue nor a Trooper that even knows to check for that.

trailer's or boat + trailer > 3000# ???
