Hit up the Seattle show...way different game than the Cincinnati show! I was able to see some boats we never see in the east like Calabria, Sanger, and MB. All very nice. I was most impressed by the Calabria's for the price and options. Really nice looking towers too. One thing that got me though was the difference in pricing. Most seemed less expensive than my home. Nautique 236 for mid 70's!! Tige 20v was 38k for a show price. I don't think my local dealers could touch those prices. I think the dealer system is holding us back as consumers by forcing you to purchase from a local dealer. I could buy that Tige and tow it home personally for less money...not that I am in the market.

I wasn't impressed with the show this year really. Prices seemed high on boats and on gear. No great deals to be had that we saw. The Svfara (not positive on spelling) from Canada was there and looked nice, but it is the same cost has the XStar. Very sad to see the 205 VRS hull not being displayed and also bad talking a legendary hull for Mastercraft. Also sad to see all the dealers trash talking the other boats. Nice surprise was seeing the Malibu VTX (the 20fter, diamond hull, not positive on the letters). Nice to see one small boat still living. What was up with the trucks (GMC) being right at the front of the show? I thought it was a boat show, not a car show. (Best big boat.....CARVER...love those BIG boats that are 2 million)

Those are the prices that were shown on the boats. Maybe that price didn't include the trailer, stereo, speakers or the engine.. I dunno?

yeah, and 59 sounds a little light on an x-2. although there's a used 06 in Richland for sale for $49K. probably rtp and zero options. nice looking blue one though.

I was actually pretty dissapointed with one of Tige's sales reps flaming anything that wasn't Tige. Telling ppl how other wake boat manufacturers are "entry level" and how Tige doesn't need ballast. Dude let your boat sell itself on it's own merits. Thought that the kite that you tow behind the boat was cool.

O.k so the truth comes out.....he said my boat was "entry level". I was a little butt hurt. I will say this though, I've got a buddy with an 05 Tige 22v and if them boats didn't need ballast they must not have told him cause he's got bags in the trunk and a bag up front. Good one Erick! Leave the boat in the garage and take a ride with us man. Nice ride 05mobius I think a name change is in order huh?

Tell me about the cas rewards 'scam'. I was interested to see the Xstar for 70K with 15K possible cash rewards, which makes it 55K. It has my attention, which I guess is what it is supposed to do. Knowing my luck, you have to be under 5 feet tall to qualify. Thanks for taking so many pics of the show.

You ride with a drysuit or what. I was out at the lake last week and the water was 43 and I didn't get in. I get 2 weeks off a month so I'm down anytime. Jeremy

Calabria by far is the best boat out there for the money. The Pro V for $50K can't be beat, plus you still have $25K to get a new truck.

Brett good to meet you too bud. Thanks for your time. Really sad to hear about you guys not carrying any X-1's out of Renton. That really shocked me. I'll have to probably keep a closer eye on the used market. I'll try and post my pics soon. I need to resize them.

I liked Calabria and Tige posting the actual features you got for the price...not the car dealer $18,999 but the as show price in small print. That's kinda garbage...everyone wants to know the price of the model right in front of them.

not everyone wants the boat right infront of them, i'd venture to say that would be the reason for the "car dealer" pricing.
