Finally got a break in the Green Bay weather to get on the water for the first time in 2008 with the crew. Air temp was about mid 40's...the water as you'll see below was just a little bit cooler... definetely happy to get out there. Just wanted to share the stoke for finally bein able get out there.

That's what I would call dedication..... I went out about three weeks ago and the air was 60 and the water was 49. I guess after considering your conditions mine were like summer. Right on guys!

Ben you are crazy! where i live you can go snowboarding in winter then come home and ride. your face says it all.... that water looks freeezzziinnngg!

I tell ya though, what really helped was keeping the neoprene gloves in coolers with steaming hot water in em in between runs. Made a HUGE difference

OMG...as a nurse I deal with temps in celcius so when I first looked at the numbers I was thinking celcius. You guys are crazy...I was complaining at 58 degrees 3 weeks ago....but I bet you were stoked to get out!!!

Aww man I'd take 32 degree water. Just get the damn ice off my lake in NH! We've got like a foot of snow still around the lake and plenty more ice. And it's been above 45* for almost a week now!

Four hours east. I was actually looking out at White Bear Lake over Easter when i came to the Twin Cities to visit. I coulnt believe that thing was still solid!

And i thought my first run with a water temp of 62f was cold



probably going to ditch the drysuit when it hits 65f lol

oh it got wet.... Tried a tweaked out stalefish a jump or two later...yeah....i got wet. Still a little rusty and the legs are still a little rubbery haha

i tell you what...its prob still average temp of 45 here in NE, yet to get out yet this year, but boy you guys are making it even harder!
