im going to build a slider and i was thinking about using 4 inch pieces of pvc. do you think this would be ok or should i go smaller/bigger. also should i use two side-by-side or three?

if you are using 4" than you only need 2 side-by-side and space them apart a little bit. you want a larger area to slide on so that you can hold your balance better. its kind of like a balance beem a narrow beem and you can't hold your balance a wider one and it makes it more fun and easier. what kind of slider are you going to build?

rob thanks for the tip about spacing them out. im going to build a rainbow type slyder (an upside then flat top then down side) and because of cost it is going to have to sit on the bottom somehow but ive got that part pretty much figured out

that's a good choice on what to build easy to jib and you can do so many differnt types of slides on it. one thing about a rainbow make sure that you make your upside and down side not very steep.
