Best way to learn?

Other than just shooting a bunch, and possibly developing bad habits...
What do you all recommend for learning the art of photography? Is there an online outlet that is very user friendly, Like classes or some sort?

Take more pictures. You can read all you want, but if you don't practice it you'll never learn a thing.
