Here is the easiest way to do it:
Formula that you need to use is (lbs/cu. ft. of material) * .1339(cu. ft. of a gallon) = weight of gallon of the substance.
Dry Sand = 100 lbs/cu. ft. * .1339 cu ft = 13.39lbs
Wet Sand = 16.06 lbs

By the way, you will have to divide the values on this page by 16.02 to convert them from Kg/cu.m.
