Austin Alamo Drafthouse

Just went to the Austin Boat show. Had a good time at the show with everyone there, and it was good to see all the people who knew the "secret phrase" so I got to give out some high fives!
If you are from Austin or ever visiting you gotta check out the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema! They took an old theatre and totally redid the place, took out a row of seats in between each row and put long tables so you can have dinner and drinks while watching movies. They have all sorts of different themed nights for different occasions. http://www.originalalamo.com/ to see what they have going on. Keith Lyman and I went there this pass weekend and it was super crowded so arrive early. Air guitar championships are coming up, so let me know if you enter and how it goes.

If your ever in Chicago, Muvico in Rosemont (very close to O'hare Field) has all of the same ideas and more. In addition, Muvico has other cinemas throughout Florida, check it out. Muvico.com

Yeah, Alamo Drafthouse is great. They actually have a couple of different locations now, but the one downtown is definitely the best atmosphere (but also the most crowded.)

I hope you are feeling better today. I was at the boat show on Sunday and Keith mentioned you were at the hotel not feeling well. I was all prepared to deliver the password with a bag of pretzels for a prop and everything.

Wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed my week at the boarding school this fall and hope to come out again next year. Friday was particularly awesome, riding a doubles set with you and also watching you go insanely huge practicing for the double-or-nothing contest. I can't think of a better way to spend a vacation.

If anyone out there is debating whether or not to go to the boarding school for a week, just do it. You'll have a great time.
