Wakeboard specific private lake

I am curious to see how many people in the Sac area would be interested in joining a wakeboarding specific private lake simalar to Villa lagos, but deeper and longer? How much would you pay a year? Would you prefer a club boat or bring your own, or both?

Villa Lagos is near Red Bluff, CA. They have one slalom lake and one wakeboard lake with sliders.

I'd be interested, as long as it would be open at least on weekends during the winter. I like to ride twice a week, probably once a week during the off season.

Since I cannot afford my own boat, I would prefer a club boat. I'm not sure how much money I'd be willing to commit; if I found frequent pulls at Anderson or the Delta, I probably would not want to drive to Sac very often.
