So we about to build a winch, I am looking for instuctions/directions how to go about building one. About a year ago I found complete instrucitons, down to exactly what parts to buy on www.winchskating.com now I cannot find them anywhere. Any help you can provide would be great. We are going to start construction on Friday! Any idea on costs would be great too, we just got a new B & S 8.5hp snowblower engine, so we have that covered!

If any which manufacturers wanna hook up the Minnesota Crew with a winch that would be even better! We would rep your company to the fullest! (hint hint)
