My Samsung 2232GW screen is calibrated with a Spyder Pro and the OptiCal 3.7 software. I use photoshop CS4 to edit my photos. Yes I have downloaded the printer profiles for my local Costco.
I check the soft proof before I upload them to Costco. They look fine. However when I pick them up, they are way too dark. The colors are fine but any detail I had in the shadows are now missing. Perhaps the problem is that I'm uploading them (I am using the "slow upload" for detail). I have the auto correction turned off but this still seems to be a constant problem.
Any ideas?
