I don't understand your question.

Ok so I have a small waterproof action camera that can be mounted to handlebars and stuff like that, so I was wondering where is the best place to mount it while wakeboarding?

What kind of view does it give? It might be cool to put on the handle, and have shooting towards the boat for awhile, then turn it around to shoot at you if the angle is wide enough. I don't think I'd put it on my board...maybe on a helmet?

If it's on the board the lens port will get wet. The handle might be a good option.

The wrist of a buddy who's on a tube or riding doubles.
