I have heated them up with a hairdryer, then peeled them back. Any residue left behind can easily be taken off with Goo-Gone

So what do you do if there is gelcoat fading? I hate that when you can see where the words were.

Solution: Wet sand and buff. Do this for customers all the time. Its time consuming, but if you know what you are doing, you can get a factory finish back.
