Andrea- Not so good. I thought I was feeling better and killed them good starting my lawn mower last night. LOL. Now I'm back to feeling the same as I did the day after. I'm definitely bummin'. I'm pretty stupid though, so I can't see myself staying off the water for long. I may just have to not fall when I ride.

take I-5 south for about 13 hours. from there, you have lots of choices as to where to go at the delta.

Walt, would you mind sharing the settings you commonly used on your shots?

Second, are you shooting RAW and doing a lot of post or are you just shooting jpeg?

The 'pop' of some of your shots simply leave me drooling in jealousy :-)

Loren,
The pop comes from (shallow depth of field) a wide open aperture that makes the background blurred and the subject sharp providing Your in focus.

These shots kind of suck because of the time of day we were riding so I tweaked them in Photo shop a tad to get a little better color.

Good to see that the ACL is all healed up. How long has it been post-op and how is it feeling after the sessions? I am currently a month out and it is feeling stronger every day with the rehab in full effect. Got to love the Delta glass.

Chris - it's been about 7 months post-op. I've been hitting the wake for a couple weeks now. If you're a month out of surgery and it feels good, then you're doing better than I was. I busted my ass in PT, and am still doing a lot of plyo, and balance exercises, along with leg strengthening exercises.

Melanie - www.innovationsports.com but it's easier if you go to your doc, and get him to prescribe you one, that way the insurance picks up the $2000 bill, or part of it. The easiest way to get your Dr. to prescribe you one, is go out and tear your knee to shreds, but I wouldn't reccommend it.

Good to see that at 7 months out that I may be able to hit the wake once again. I am also working my tail off in rehab and at home and it is getting stronger slowly. I still have a long way to go but the want to get on the water again motivates me every day. I need a brace as well and my doctor will likley get me one once I get to that point.
