I've talked with pp and they say there isn't a way to get away from the bright white backlight.
My issue is at night it blinds the driver. My factory backlights are red so they don't blind you at night.
I was wondering if anyone else had switched the backlighting on the display or any suggestions.

I upgraded to the multi line display.
I'm debating going to gps but not sure if it's worth the price.

You could always get a child static cling sun screen that the soccer moms use and cut a little piece to cover it up for the night time drives.

I had the old screen that had the green light behind it. I upgraded to the bright white/blue hue screen and agree that it is very bright at night.
