No stickers involved but, pretty radical none the less. Here's my board before it got all beat up.

I bought some sharpies and gave them to my artistic friends and asked them to draw some rad stuff while I colored in between the lines on the tail.

Yes, I have. I've had to touch up the colors a couple times cause they've faded. We just touched up the rest of it for the first time yesterday. So the black held up pretty well.
