2005 Super Air nautique... Ignition turns out, but no cranking, reads 0.0 hours

I have not started my boat since last year, and now it will not crank.. ignition turns on, but no engine cranking, and the engine hour meter reads zero hours. All of the gauges work as normal, except engine hours, and the motor does not turn over when the start button is pressed... any thoughts?

figured out it was a problem with my battery isolator , the ecu wasnt getting power.. all fixed
