Has anyone heat molded their Shanes at home?

If so, how does it work?

Thanks in advance.

I used the hot water shower in my boat, just heated them up before I rode each time and that also worked pretty good. I have short wide feet so still working on the width a bit.

i filled a huge pot of water and just about had it boiling. I put one in at a time for 30 sec took it out let it cool for a few seconds and then put it on and puled them tight, it worked perfect. The pro shop i bought them from said thats how they do it but i was in a hurry to get out that day so i did it myself later that night
