I was perusing some of our pictures and I could not resist posting this one of a boat on the largest navigable lake in South America. The boat has been made this way for centuries by the Uros peoples on Lake Titicaca (yes, that is a real place) that sits between Peru and Bolivia.

Notice the sleek hull, the unique bow design and the all-important pole. Early wakeboarding possibility...
