Hey guys and gals, I'm new to wakeboarding and looking to get some ideas for a board. I'm looking for a Beginner-Intermediate board. I'm 165lbs but want a board I can also let other people use as well. Probably ranging from 120lbs to just over 200 lbs. I was looking at the CWB Faze with the Seven Bindings. They have the 134 (up to 170 lbs) and the 140 (150lbs and up). Not sure which would be better. Open to other suggestions as well. Thanks!

I would go bigger.

Its okay to ride bigger if you're just messing around then a big guy riding a small board

I would definitely go for the bigger board. Littler guys can ride on a big board, but big guys may have difficulty on a small board. If you are willing to spend a little more you can get the cwb Pure/torq package. The bindings are better and the board is based off an older pro model so it can perform well, but it is also pretty beginner friendly http://boardersmall.com/xcart/product.php?productid=19994&cat=314&page=2

Ken IMO some people on here get way to tech when it comes to things. Just buy something you are comfortable in as far as bindings. As for the board,140-142 should be fine. Don't limit yourself to brand, you should pick something you like. I personally like Boardstop.com they seem to always have great deals, but definitely shop around.

That's my .02$
