Byerly or Subjekt?

I am trying to decide on the 03byerly or 03 subjekt.

Also, I am 6'1, 185lbs so should i get the 137 or 142. I currently ride the 01byerly 142 and looking at maybe getting a smaller board. Thanks

I ride a subjekt 137, its a great board. Everyone rides differnt and everyone has a preference. Look around and read reviews on the boards and see which board falls a little more in your category. Im 5'6 155 pounds...

To each his own, but..... I'm 6'0" 160lbs and I rode that same 142 byerly. Those are both sick boards, but very different. I'd demo, and I'd probably stick with the same size board, but like I said there will be a hundred people out there that say I'm wrong.

go with the subjekt... I rode the byerly and know I ride the subjekt and its like night and day... subjekt is sick

I have rode an 01 byerly 137, 03 byerly 137 and the 03 subjekt 137 this summer. The new byerlys land much softer than the older ones and the pop is much more controlable. The subjekt has a very smooth pop in my opinion but was a little loose for my taste. The subjekt is not a beginner board, if you are working on inverts or a few spins it should work for you. The 03 byerly is similar when rode finless. I am about 153 lbs and all my experience has been on 137's
