It was me riding... and yes it was cold. It was our last ride of the season, snowboarding is next. I will give a hint. Stock ballast, plus 800lb in extra fat sacs in the back and +-200 in sand bags plus the driver (Fred the quizman). A total of +- 2000lb of ballast.

So its got 1000 pounds of factory ballast & you have added 800 pounds to the rear and it still looks rampy + lip? 03+ X-star is my guess.

i know you said you're going 22mph, but is it possible that the speedo's off? it looks like the boat needs to speed up just based on the wash/curl in the wake. also, don't you think you need more weight up front (again, basing it off the wash/curl in the wake)?

For me, the best shape is base on the edge between a wash wake and the flat one!!! The ramp was perfect and the pop awesome!!! I don't think we ride too slow! To have that kind of ramp at 25mph, we need 1000 more pounds..... next year maybe!!!!

Mike, just to say that everybody who tried our boat are pretty impressed to! Even my friend Wesley who ride behind a VLX 06 each day!!! He's like : ''wohaaaa, that wake is sick, it kick hard!!!'' I really love this wake!!!! Again the session with 2000 pounds of ballast and 1 person in the boat Now a X2 with 2500 pounds of ballast with 10 persons in the boat I really prefer the shape of our boat wake!!!!

are you trying to sell a boat? or are you trying to make yourself feel good about your purchase? what exactly are you trying to accomplish? enjoy your boat and quit begging for compliments. you could get them, but then again, you could get tore up, too. personally, that wake doesn't look fun to me. maybe if it was sped and cleaned up...maybe. otherwise, it's washy at the top.
