i hear troy roker from the liquid malisha is going for a record jump tomorrow. (november 15, 2008). its a distance record of 12 meters using a winch. its in australia. do we have an aussies on here that are going to be at the event?

i didnt do the research, but now that i have... i dont think people should try to hold a record "while using a winch" as an excuse to not beat the record while using a boat. not to take anything away from roker or alberts because they have major cohones to jump the gaps they did. with that said... props

jd webb- boat 60 ft
kyle alberts- winch 50 ft
troy roker- winch 42 ft

i cant wait for someone to build a winch and rail setup that will replicate the mega ramp. if danny way can go 75 feet on a skateboard... i wonder how far a wakeboard can go
