Water Leaking From Drive Shaft

I took my new 2008 Supra 22V out today and everything went well. When I brought the boat home and put it away I noticed water on the garage floor. After carefull inspection, this water was leaking at where the drive shaft enters the boat hull. This is my first v drive and all is new to me. Is this normal? I would not think so but did not know if there was some sort of adjustment that needs to be made.

Please advise.
