Malibu Sold???

So I have been hearing the rumor that Malibu has indeed sold to an investment company, ala MasterCraft. First I was wondering if anyone else has heard this and if so how true is it? Next if it is true I'm guessing that the Malibu owners that BASHED MasterCraft when it was announced that they had done the same thing are all of a sudden changing their mind on what it means to be "sold". If I remember correctly when MasterCraft was sold alot of Malibu owners had posted that it ment that MC was done for. Not really wanting to start anything just wondering if thoughts have changed now that Malibu has done it, seeing that MC still has the same people calling the shots and Malibu's principal owner Bob Elkima is gone. I know that the employees still have ownership but Bob made almost all of the decisions.

Not bashing, just saying that it is funny that when MC did the same thing it was the end of the world and now that Malibu has done the same thing I was wondering what all of the people whom bashed MC think. Thats all. I'm truely not tring to bash anyone, I think that Malibu make a good product.

But seriously, investment company or not, as long as the customer sees no change (mastercraft owners step in?), then there is no issue. Transparency.
