I went there Saturday and really liked it. The cable is really long and the set up is really cool. The only downside to the longer cable is a longer "walk of shame" if you fall in the wrong spot! It was pretty chill too with the picnic tables and people just laying out on towels. In a time when gas prices and boat prices are skyrocketing, $17 an hour is a great price for all the riding you can do. 2 hrs is all my arms could handle!
They have a long fun box and a few kickers. The length of the cable really has a lot of potential for growth and I hope they continue to add new stuff to ride on.
Question - anyone know what the green tint is in the water? It looks like a treatment? Maybe its because McCorrmicks sounds Irish (green beer)? If its a treatment - I am putting a cable in my front yard pond!!

You don't really want to know......
That's the lowest lying area, and the run-off from all the area goes there. So it's whatever's been around on the ground. The green tint is the growth in the water, which would actually somewhat clean it. I wouldn't drink it, but I wouldn't worry more about it than say a Tarpon or lake in the city.

I wasnt really worried about it - I've ridden the Lake Harris Chain.
I know its clean enough - its just that it actually looks like a dye or something?

Not that I know of, it's plantation and sediment I believe. That, and camouflage so the gators can't see....

What does the blue treatment do? Treat the algae? I am asking because of the pond in front of my house is perfect for winching or a small cable set up, but the water is kinda gross.

I use copper sulfate to kill lake weeds/algae and give the fish cancer. Its blue as blue can be when you use it.

Jr says fish - Billy says kill fish? I know there are turtles, and I have a sneaking suspicion there are fish. I really dont want to kill everything - that would stink.
I was considering the Seistec 2.0 - perfect application. I have a fountain so I guess that counts as an aerator?

The copper sulfate doesnt kill the fish. Its fine to use thats what they sell it for.
