My friend has just got into wakeboarding this year. Everything he now does has a wakeboard theme a few weeks ago after a few beers we were talking about all the possible wakeboarding gagets and gizmos. My friend is a Jewler for a famous Jewlery shop in London and I joked that he should take all the gold and melt it down into some wakeboard Bling!

He obviously took the idea a little seriously. What do you think of these, He's made a silver keyring for me and a rose gold one for my GF

He has said that they are fairly cheap to make the silver one has an ounce of silver. and both can be engraved.

What do you guys think. do you think he should make more to sell? (I think he was saying they cost him $60 to make and would sell them for $65)

are they hot or not.

Dang, your GF has a lot of long chest hair!

j/k I couldn't resist.

Those are very cool but I'm not into bling so I probably wouldn't buy any but I'd imagine plenty of people would.

Engrave the boat mfg name in the back and hit up the OEM's, soon everybody's new boat keys would be hanging on one.......problem is somebody in China could bang those out for at least 1/10th the cost. Better yet, make the fin config a bottle opener to add some functionality.

To answer your quesiton, cool but no way $65 cool.

Move Mfg to china. They can probably make them in the same plant as the Hyperlite boards for a buck each.

60.00 to make those is way too much. Find a way to make them cheaper.

They Look Good, but Iam with J-rod find a way to make them cheaper, and I think he could sell alot of them.I think they look better as a necklace. than a keychain. But than again iam not a jewler.

They already make wakeboard charms. Bart's sells both expensive (gold/silver) and cheap ones (some sort of metal).

hahah, that got a real laugh out of me, awesome J-Rod.

When I read the title of this thread, the first thing to pop into my head was a board with all kinds of diamonds on it. It was pretty tight, now only if it was functionally sane and financially affordable, haha.
