Do an under rotated regular back roll with both hands on the handle. At the peak lightly pull the handle to your back hip. The under rotation is the key so you don't slip out. You can let your hands out away from your body to slow the rotation. Good luck.

I'll be doing one with video sometime this winter...a video instructional that is.

Brent is on it. The rotation is pretty much the same unil you are 1/2 to 3/4 of the way around. Then drop your front hand and spot your landing. Really thinking about tucking that handle in your back pocket once you come around. Lots of people don't turn the full 180 and end up sliding out on your heels. You'll really have to push your chest out on the landing to stick it.

Do yourself a favor and learn this w2w. I tried to learn it out into the flats at first and it took me a lot longer.
