honestly, what a great read. I dont know Nick, but it sounds like the decision was gut wrenching for him, and im glad to hear there is no bad blood between him and Erich. All the best to both Nick and Integrity

That was fantastically written. Super long, but worth every word. I'm really glad you dropped us that link, its great to hear it from the horse's mouth instead of the distorted version some guy heard from a friend of a friend who knows the maintenance guy at Integrity. Congrats to nick too, keep up the good work man.

Solid post by Nick. He didn't haven't too but it silenced a lot of critics with the detail. Class act.....he should have been Lebron's PR guy.
